What we supply
Our export stock consists of used vehicles, mostly common diesel and petrol models from brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Citroën, Peugeot and Renault. Vehicles are listed with photos that show their real condition, including normal signs of use. We do not hide wear: visible-use photos are part of each listing, so you can assess a vehicle before you commit. Public listings show limited information only. VIN, full specifications, export prices and vehicle documents are shown to approved B2B partners. This keeps sensitive trade data out of public view while still letting dealers judge whether a vehicle fits their market.
Who can buy
Kapitan B2B works only with companies: dealers, wholesalers and exporters who buy vehicles for resale and export. We do not sell to private buyers. To trade with us you need an approved B2B account. Approval is based on required company documents, including company registration details and a valid VAT number. Account approval and document approval are separate steps. An approved account lets you log in and see more detail, but you still need approved documents before a proforma invoice can be issued. This structure keeps the platform professional and keeps every export properly documented.
Public view vs. approved access
Anyone can browse the public side and see limited vehicle information. This helps you judge whether our stock matches your market before you apply. Full detail — VIN, export prices, complete specifications and documents — is available only after your B2B account is approved and your company documents are approved. We keep prices and documents off the public pages on purpose. It protects trade data and keeps the platform focused on professional buyers. From purchase request to payment
When you want a specific vehicle, you send a purchase request. A purchase request is not a reservation and does not hold the vehicle. After your documents are approved, we can issue a proforma invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer. You then send payment confirmation, which we treat as proof but which is valid only after our review and approval. A vehicle is released once payment is visible on our account. International transfers can take several working days, so plan ahead. Export documentation can be discussed per vehicle and pickup, including EX-A and EUR.1 where applicable and on request.
