Approved B2B Account: Access Export Prices and VIN
This page explains what an approved B2B account gives you on Kapitan B2B, and why logging in is only part of the picture. Kapitan B2B works only with companies, not with private buyers. The key point: account approval and document approval are two separate steps. An approved account lets you see more, but a proforma invoice can only be issued once your company documents are approved. If you have wondered why you can log in yet still not see everything, this page sets out the access model plainly.
What an approved B2B account unlocks
With an approved account you move from the limited public view to the full one: export prices, VIN, full specifications and the documents tied to each vehicle. That is what lets you assess a vehicle properly and decide whether to send a purchase request. The public pages stay deliberately limited, because trade pricing and vehicle identifiers are commercial data kept off the open web.
Why an account alone is not enough
An approved account is the first gate, not the last. It lets you log in and see detail, but it does not by itself let you buy. For that, your required company documents must be approved as a separate step. This two-step model keeps every party verified and every export properly documented. It is why an approved account and an approved company are not the same thing.
Required company documents and approval
To complete access, you submit your required company documents for approval — typically company registration details and a valid VAT number, plus exporter details where relevant. Each is reviewed before a proforma invoice can be issued. Accurate details up front keep this step from stalling. Document approval is what turns an approved account into a buying account.
What you can do after document approval
Once both steps are complete, you can send a purchase request on a vehicle. A purchase request is not a reservation and does not hold the vehicle. After confirmation we issue a proforma invoice; payment is by bank transfer; payment confirmation is valid only after our review; the vehicle is released once payment is visible on our account. From there, export documentation and transport are arranged per case.
